- Issue tenant information pack giving tenant information required for tenancy.
- Prepare rental statements.
- Chase up rent arrears.
- Liaise with Housing Benefit for tenancies with Local Housing Allowance.
- Secure deposit with ‘Deposit Protection Service’ in accordance with current legislation.
- Sort out utilities.
- Organise gas and electrical checks as required.
- Organising maintenance through our own work force/ contractors as required.
- Arrange for EPC if required.
- Re-let vacant properties with minimum down time.
